We cleanse our mind, body and spirit, transforming the 5 subsequent elements to the first "essence of the whole" - ether, from which all elements are formed.

The integration of the Elements in an evolutionary practice:

The practice of the 5 Vinyasa Elements is adapted for growth and evolution in the physical, spiritual and emotional aspects.

Vinyasa - It is a type of yoga where a series of postures or asanas are synchronized with the breath; that is, breath and movement are united.

They flow and evolve throughout the practice.

Asanas or physical postures can be achieved by integral growth through observation and consistent meditation.

  • There is no limit when you have a special intention. Move your body, breathe, and create a space for self-love and reconnection within your personal intentions. Sit with that intention every day.

    A healthy lifestyle involves movement and a commitment to your devotional heart.

    What is your intention?

  • With a clear intention and a positive mindset, arrange a comfortable space for your ceremonial practice. Set up an altar or include important items that serve as reminders of your connection to Spirit and Soul.

    Place candles, oils, and incense near your yoga mat, creating an environment of silence and non-interruption. Set up your laptop or phone and connect to your Zoom link five minutes before the class begins.

  • During your personal meditation and yoga practice, let your soul open more and more to movement, healing, and lightness in your daily life.

    From this state, take a moment to write down any questions or ideas that come to mind. You can then share these insights during the 10-minute conversation after the class.

    Remember, we grow together when we share our ideas with others.
