For many years, I was searching for my inner truth, walking many paths in a desperate attempt to reopen my heart and speak my truth without fear of rejection, offense, or silence. I was misdirecting my energy, but when I decided to change my habits and perspective on life, I reopened myself to transformation. This led me to the portals of Yoga and Ayurveda.


Yoga saved my life from grief, solitude, and indecision. After years of practice, I discovered Bhakti Yoga and meditation, which guided me to the most amazing way of being with every emotion and transforming them into the most beautiful essence of self.

Becoming yourself means returning to your origins, to the innocence of the wild energy that moves through different realities with the Power of Creation. Visualize what you want and reconnect all your frequencies in the same time and space.

This is the power of manifestation.

Wild Yoga: The Discovery of My Mystical Journey

Here is my little story…

When I began deepening my yoga practice, I felt a necessity for change. I realized I needed to completely surrender my ego and become a heart-open being. Early mornings found me jumping into the Natural Reserve in San Marcos la Laguna. Sitting in front of my favorite tree, I practiced breathwork and meditation. To ground back to the earth, trees and rocks supported me as I stretched my body in full asana practice. Swimming in the lake, I woke up from her cold waters.


When I Found My Yogic Path:

I discovered I was doing WILD YOGA.

I opened myself with curiosity to find awareness, strength, flexibility, relaxation, and presence, with reverence for nature. I connected my mystical being back to earth, back to the elements.


Being wild means embracing emptiness, being present in your body, and living in the moment. A wild-mystical journey takes you back to your ancestral frequencies, the alchemy of the HEART, and the heart of Pachamama to rediscover your DIVINE NATURE.

One with God, one with Earth, one with the collective consciousness.

The Real WHY of YOGA…

Asana, now synonymous with yoga, is only one component. The more profound purpose of yoga is to become more ourselves, deepen our awareness and relationship with Nature, and inspire our actions!!

The Bhagavad Gita, one of the ancient texts, states, the most asked questions are:

  • Who Am I?

  • What should I do while I am here?

Arjuna was guided by Krishna to navigate the paths of material and devotional life through contemplation and action, allowing his spiritual life to guide him into the world.

This is what WILD YOGA is for: expanding perception to seek guidance from a higher intelligence and reminding us of the journey we are here for.

From this, we cultivate the capacity to perceive animals and plants, listen to our bodies, and connect with our soul’s purpose.
