Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey towards realizing your fullest potential? 

Step 1: Set Your Intentions

Everything you do must be carefully chosen with a special intention, whether it's selecting a color for your next date or deciding on a vacation destination.

In our busy schedules, our tasks are often predetermined by calendars or others, and following them may seem like the easiest path. However, let me tell you something: your intention is the most crucial aspect in all situations!

When I create my Sound and Cacao Ceremonies, I always begin by listening the intentions of each individual. Why? Because, in the end, we all contribute to a network of purpose!

Knowing where you want to go and why is vital. Intentions serve as your guiding light towards your goals.

How to make your intentions more clear?

   - Take time to reflect on your goals and aspirations in life.

   - Write them down and visualize yourself achieving them,

  • Write your own CPR (Context, Purpose, and Results) – it's a format for achieving the aspects you truly want to accomplish within a specific timeframe. This method is highly effective; the results are written in the past tense, as if they've already been achieved. They must be clear and direct. The Purpose explains why you desire those results, and the Context is the most crucial part, with three simple words that remind you of the pure intention behind your desired outcomes. Exciting?

Step 2: Create Your Vision Board

To set realistic intentions, we must visualize them as if they are already occurring. To achieve this, you can create a meditation space with visualizations. In a comfortable and silent environment, sit with your CPR and experience all the emotions associated with those results. Observe the colors, feel the sensations, and envision the people involved in achieving that goal.

Whether it's a change in your diet, movement, or activity plan, or if it involves creating or re-planning a business, this is where everything comes to life!

Create the steps and envision your reality!

Where to start?

   - Gather images and words that represent your dreams and goals.

   - Arrange them on a board or in a digital format to serve as a visual reminder of what you're working towards.

- Resources, people implied, knowledge you need to improve, experience to gain with dedication of a lifestyle-changing





Step 3: Design Your Wellness Plan

Most of the time, when we realize that achieving a goal requires adjustments to our lifestyle to be realistic, we find ourselves in need of accommodation.

What do I mean by that? Sometimes we experience burnout, we crave change, yet we continue to behave the same way, make the same decisions, and think with limited perspectives. We inadvertently hinder our own progress by allowing our subconscious mind to dictate, saying, "You are not enough" or "You will never achieve that because..."

The next step is silencing those thoughts to create a highly effective Wellness Plan!

We must find motivation to think differently, to advocate for ourselves, and to make that final DECISION for our present happiness!

Now, I'll pose a very uncomfortable question:

Are you ready to become the real, vulnerable, strong best version of yourself?

IF YES.. then:

   - Assess your current lifestyle and identify areas for improvement.

- Letting go statement: “Get rid of all what is not more necessary in your current new version of myself”

  • which means: Thoughts, emotions, relationships, good administration of time and resources, ask for help

   - To develop a personalized wellness plan that incorporates yoga, meditation, exercise, and self-care practices, identify your true needs according to your goals and schedule. Then, seek out teachers, books, and communities where you feel safe to engage and surround yourself with positive energy, wisdom and fresh ideas!

Step 4: Prioritize Self-Care

You are the most important asset!

This should be your next statement.

Silence your phone, put everything else on hold from your "To-Do" list until you prioritize everything that nourishes your soul and brings you happiness. This is your Temple of Devotion!

Devotion means that everything sacred within you and your connection with spirituality must hold a place as precious as gold in action. Devotion is Love in Action. And your love for yourself is something you must cultivate for your own self-healing.

How to get a Devotional life?

   - Make self-care a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.

   - Schedule time for activities that nourish your body, mind, and soul, such as yoga, meditation, reading, or spending time in nature.

Step 5: Cultivate Positive Habits

Everyone talks about cultivating Positive Habits.

But what does it actually mean?

Even if we are not aware, everything around us is energy that creates frequencies, which can either align or not with our own personal one. If we are constantly surrounded by a very noisy environment, we slowly lose our sense of peace and develop a need to be around places and people that create high stress levels or live under cortisol hormone. Suddenly, we start adopting the same patterns of our environment and slowly lose our self-awareness.

Stress, fear, anger, and depression are contagious low frequencies that agitate the mind and heart, slowly decreasing our happiness and dopamine levels.

Run far from those, and stay vigilant to stop them from infiltrating your life!

How to be aware of?

   - Identify habits that support your goals and cultivate them. Make every day purposeful by creating your own positive statements of action—ones that bring a big smile to your face and remind you of the simplicity of life.

   - Replace negative habits with positive ones that align with your vision for your life.

- As you clean up habits or let go of thoughts and things, this is where we transform the future. One step at a time, cultivating a new habit requires discipline, commitment, and motivation!



Step 6: Practice Gratitude

In our Fire and Cacao Mayan Ceremonies, we offer Copal, flowers, Cacao seeds, Sesame seeds, and tears as gratitude for abundance, family, creativity, and more.

Cultivating gratitude is a fundamental aspect across all cultures and among Elders who still pray for Nature. The harmony of life becomes even clearer and more open when we express gratitude.

Who gives you life? Your breath is the primal resource of your existence, and for that, we are grateful.

In whatever way feels best for you to become more grateful, do it, and see how many doors begin to open for you and your intentions.

Your steps:

   - Take time each day to express gratitude for the blessings in your life.

   - Focus on the positive aspects of your journey and celebrate your progress along the way.

Step 7: Stay Connected

We all seek connection - with Mother Earth, our prayers for God and spiritual illumination, and people who are willing to be there for us, even in our darkest moments. Humans are not meant to be alone.

Staying connected means not secluding yourself from the outside world. I understand if you sometimes need your own time to cultivate, rest, and nourish yourself. However, when it comes to seeking help, socializing, and growing, having family, friends, and the support of a community that listens, understands your desires, goals, intentions, fears, and celebrates your accomplishments is crucial for a healthy, balanced, and constructive lifestyle.

How to find true and deep relationships?

   - Surround yourself with a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

   - Seek out mentors, coaches, or friends who inspire and encourage you to reach your full potential.



Step 8: Embrace Flexibility

I remember when I started my Yogic Path; my focus and primary intention were to reach flexibility and master the most complicated Asanas. Then, I met my new teacher and shared my goal. He advised me that flexibility must be complemented by strength. By developing strength, I could transition into the next Asana with greater ease, using the right muscles and breathing fully and deeply until I could comfortably stretch into the posture.

I began applying this lesson to my daily life.

The key takeaway is this: to be realistic, we must cultivate a flexible mind. If something is veering off course, we have the power to stop and start anew until we become masters of our goals. However, we must remain vigilant of our actions and not rely solely on prayers without taking steps forward. Remember: Devotion is Love in Action; taking action demonstrates our trust in ourselves and the decisions we make towards our purpose.

With discipline, motivation, and a sense of humor, we come to realize that we're actually enjoying the process.

Take actions of:

   - Remaining open to change and adapt your plans as needed.

   - Understanding that setbacks and challenges are a natural part of the journey and use them as opportunities for growth.



Step 9: Monitor Your Progress

Put a sign in front of your door that says, "Life in Progress..."

Until we die, we will always be undergoing constant change, transmutation, and grieving our past personalities and relationships. However, it's a process of self-growth, experience, maturity, and learning new skills.

Monitoring your progress makes you human and helps you realize the beauty of being. You've been cultivating your thoughts, actions, and projections. Have fun with yourself during these times.

For that:

   - Regularly review your goals and track your progress towards achieving them.

   - Celebrate your victories, no matter how small, and adjust your approach as necessary to stay on track.



Step 10: Stay Committed

Stay committed to your journey, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks.

Remember your mission and the context of your CPR. Every action should be done with the intention of giving, rather than being attached to the income. This is one of the clearest and most important lessons from the Bhagavad Gita.

Commit yourself to your personal growth and celebrate every transformation in your lifestyle. As you enjoy your process, stay disciplined and motivated within your community circle; this gives you strength during challenging moments.

And always remember to trust in yourself and your abilities to overcome challenges and continue moving forward towards your dreams.

Remember that the power to unlock your potential lies within you. Each step you take, each intention you set, and each moment of self-care you prioritize brings you closer to realizing your fullest potential.
